Malaysia Domestic Shipping

• Free shipping for orders above RM150.

International Shipping
• International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Do reach out to us via email at henlo@thebarkfestclub.co if your shipping address is out of the delivery zone.

Brunei, Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam shipping rate: FREE shipping for orders above RM150.

For International shipping, there may be customs fees, tariff fees, or import duties that may be imposed. Do note that these fees are to be paid by the customer and are not covered by the shipping costs. We will not responsible for any delays due to customs.

Processing Time & Delivery Time

Most orders take 2-4 business days (Monday - Friday) to process.

• Malaysia Orders: 3-5 business days for our delivery partner to deliver your goods.
• International Orders: Depending on location, it will take 8-20 business days for our delivery partner to deliver your goods.

When you Pre-Order a product, it may take 2 - 4 weeks before the product is available to be shipped out.
