Returns & Exchange

Important: Please make sure that you double-check our size guide and measure your dog before purchasing.

While returns & exchange requests are not 100% guaranteed, we will do our best to ensure you and your dog are happy.

Please get in touch with us at henlo@thebarkfestclub.co with your order number as the subject title, and include your name, date of purchase, order number, and reason for return/exchange.

Returns and exchanges must also adhere to the following criteria to be eligible for any return or exchange:
• All items must be returned in sellable condition - brand new, unworn, unwashed and most importantly fur-free.
• Orders must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving the order.
• You will be responsible for all shipping costs, including the cost of shipping the item to us and the cost of shipping it back to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund

In the event you may have received an incorrect order or if your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving it with details and pictures of the damage. We'll do our very best to sort this out.

Returns can only be made one time per order number. Meaning that any order made with return credit cannot be returned the consequent time.

Exclusions: 

• All sale items will not fall under the returns & exchange policy.

• The colour of products may vary due to different lighting and screen resolutions. Exchanges due to this reason will not be allowed.
